Sourcing
Every figure we publish is attributed to its source in the article. When we calculate our own averages or ranges, we explain the methodology.
Review
Articles covering legal processes and settlement values are reviewed for accuracy by a paralegal before publication. The reviewer and review date appear on the article.
Updates
Cost and settlement figures are reviewed quarterly. Each article shows its last-updated date.
Corrections
Found an error? Email contact@settlementfigures.com with the article URL and the supporting source. We correct verified errors promptly and note material changes.
Independence
Settlement Figures is independently owned. We do not accept payment from law firms for coverage, and display advertising is served by third-party networks with no influence on editorial content.
